Mr. Dodick is a graduate of Behrend College of The Pennsylvania State
University, where he received a B.A. degree in Pre-Law. Upon graduating,
he attended law school at Temple University. In 1984, Mr. Dodick was
admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is also
admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the
Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Western District
of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Dodick practices in the areas of civil litigation and workers'
compensation. He regularly appears before common pleas courts and workers'
compensation judges in various counties throughout western Pennsylvania.
He also appears before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the
Pennsylvania appellate courts. His civil litigation practice includes
an emphasis in the areas of insurance law, automobile law, municipal
and governmental liability, construction law and trucking defense. He
also practices in the areas of premises liability and landlord tenant
law.
Mr. Dodick is an active member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute,
Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Trucking Institute Defense Association,
and the Erie County Bar Association. He has previously served on a number
of committees of the Erie County Bar Association, including the Civil
Rules Committee, Workers' Compensation Committee, and Stepping Out Committee.
He has also served on the Local Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania
Bar Association.
